Scar improvement with Laser

At Laserase we use lases to improve scars, from stretch marks, to acne scarring and post surgical scars. We have a number of lasers that can help with the appearance of scars.

The initial “inflammatory” phase, where a scar is red, can be improved with our N-Lite Pulse dye laser. We have a M22 ResurFX laser, which is a non-ablative fractional resurfacing laser. This laser can improve the texture of scars, and can be used alone or in combination with IPL in the same treatment depending on the indication.

At Laserase we use a Zimmer cooler during the procedure, which reduces downtime, and improve patient comfort.

These treatments can improve but will never fully remove scars, and there are a number of factors, such as age and severity of the scar, that will affect the outcome.
